I’m Josh

After 20+ years in Digital and video production, I've learned that the best solutions are usually the simplest ones.

I've been lucky enough to work across everything from corporate projects to TV shows, hundreds of commercials, and clients like Apple, Sony, and the major Australian networks. Along the way, I've worn a lot of hats: designer, animator, 3D artist, VFX supervisor, art/creative director, and eventually became partner and Head of Studio, managing a team of 15 within a 30-person company.

What really gets me excited isn't just making great design and video (though I still love that part), it's watching workflows get transformed by small, smart changes. There's nothing better than watching someone's face light up when a process that used to take hours suddenly takes minutes.

We're all just trying to make something good, and have a bit of fun along the way.
